User is getting the following error when attempting to access a PowerBI report on an external tenant:
Under direct access, they are a member (Owner):
They also have a PowerBI pro license on their guest account:
They also have member permission to the dashboard where the report is hosted:
What can be done to resolve this error?

Hi @RileyCarney ,
There are different tenant URLs for different tenants
Although you have been added as a workspace member, you still need a user from another tenant to provide you with the tenant URL, which can be found under "?" > "About Power BI" to find Tenant URLs
Then you enter their tenant URL into the address bar, so that you can access the workspace and reports of other tenants properly.
