Usage Metrics Report does not show Page Views

Hi,

My Usage Metrics Report is only showing data for "Report opens" but there is no data for "Total Page Views".

Is this a common issue or just my observation?

How did you get the Usage Metrics Report ? I create a Usage Metrics Report and I can see the Total Views .

Hi Alisa,

It is within the "Usage Metrics Report" in the new design.

And the issue with the missing "Total Page Views" appears only since a few days. I do not get data since 11th December 2022 (Just the info for "Report Opens"). Before that date everything looks fine.

We face the same issues since a few days. Report views are fine but total page views are missing. Not all reports have that issue but we are not sure what causes the problems with the usage metrics.
