We are facing amajor incident on one dataflow no longer refreshing for one week having an high impact on our activity; it happens yet 2 times ago and I have the opportunity to contact directly Microsoft support but I don't remember how to join them; thank for your support

Whether there is the detailed error message in refresh history or gateway settings when refresh failed, you can click 'Show details' in these panes to find it.
