Uninstalling Power BI Desktop (May 2020) does not really uninstall it.

Because I assumed an issue with the Power BI Desktop version of May 2020, I wanted to try a previous version.

I uninstalled the May 2020 version. Downloaded the April 2020 version and installed that one, including a desktop shortcut. 

If I double click a pbix file, it still opens with May 2020 (!!) (...Twilight Zone tune...). If I click on the shortcut the April version opens... 

After uninstalling the May version, It's complete gone from the control panel - programs list, and also not in teh Program Files folder. But it's still somewhere...
