I have a PowerBI report where the source data is from an Access Database stored on a server.
When the report is linked to a Personal Gateway, the refresh schedule works fine.
When it is linked to an On Premises Gateway stored on a Remote machine, the refresh does not work and we get the below error.
I have checked the remote machine and the user the machine is logged in on has access to the source file.

Notice that you said you use personal gateway to link data source?
Please install standard gateway and use it.

The refresh is linked to a on-premises data gateway stored on a remote machine. This is when the refresh fails. It only works when linked to a Personal gateway.
