Unable to view or update app after switching to and back from new navigation

Hello,

 

We switched over to the new navigation and updated our app to test the features. We wanted to switch back until we could prepare some training content for our users, and switched back / updated again. Users are now no longer able to view the app, the app does not load and the PowerBI side bar disappears. I am also not able to update the app anymore (trying to go back to new navigation to enable app access again.) When clicking update app, it shows loading for ~10-15 seconds then returns to the previous page in the workspace.

Hi @awhiteway

 

I tested on my side, enabled the New navigation builder when updating the app, accessed the app successfully. Came back to the app workspace, turned off New navigation builder then updated the app, it's able to update successfully and access the app without new navigation. 

 

I would suggest you test again on your side. If the issue still occurs, please try different apps to see if all of them have the issues. Also you can try different browsers.
