Hello, 

 

Unable to select report/dashbord email subscription file type. The drop-down field is no longer there?

This is on PPU workspace. Also i still have this field on an old repport :

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

The full report attachment feature is available for reports that meet the following four conditions. Any existing subscriptions with full reports as attachments that don't meet these conditions are disabled and you receive an email explaining the error.

  • They're in an upgraded workspace with Power BI Premium or Premium Per User.
  • The report has fewer than 20 pages (see this issue described above).
  • The attachment file is under 25 MB in size.
  • You aren't an owner of the report.

Hi and Thanks @Anonymous 

 

I have a PPU account.

 

The report has 3 pages.

 

  • The attachment file is under 25 MB in size.

Manually exported PDF is 233 kB

 

  • You aren't an owner of the report.

I am the creator and owner of the report

 

Why don't I have the feature?

The feature reappeared the last 2 days and today I no longer see it.

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

I have tested this feature at both msit.powerbi.com and app.powerbi.com and it works fine.
Please try clearing your browser cache or logging out and retrying.

Hi @Anonymous 

 

I logged out and back in to my Power BI account.

I deleted the browser cache.

I still don't see the feature.

In fact when we refresh the dataset by XMLA the Feature is not usable.

I did a refresh by the service and now it appears.

Idea Statuses
