Unable to save a new report user to the shared link

Hi team!

Since yesterday we haven't been able to add a new report user. 

In Manage permissions/Manage access/Manage Link we add the new user, it appears in the users list but then we can't save the change as the folowing error message appears when we click the Save button: "Permissions failed to update."

We have around 60 users of that report so the issue shouldn't be caused by the number of users.

Could you please help to fix it?

Hi @MartiV ,

Have you tested whether the same situation occurs in other reports? Also, can you add user in direct access? If so,  try to share the "people with exsiting access" link to users which has been added in direct access.
