Unable to register new org members

I've been using powerbi with company coworkers for some time now. However, when new team members tried to register on powerbi with the company email following this format: name@companyname.com.br, they received a message saying that there's no email account registered for this address. Just to be clear, they are not trying to access any report, it is just the initial registration before they even receive the invites to view the reports.

Every help is appreciated.

Anybody can sign up for a Power BI Service account for free, but you must have a work or school email. Microsoft does not allow consumer emails such as Gmail or Hotmail.

If you do not have a work or school email account, you can sign up for a free trial for Microsoft 365 to gain access to Power BI. 

You can also add a user in Microsoft 365 admin center in your organization .
