Unable to refresh on Power BI service but refreshes on Desktop

1. What is your data source ?

2. Can you refresh your dataset normally before ?

3. Did you check your gateway ? Is your gateway working ?

4. When you refresh in Service , what is the error message ?

1. What is your data source ? Azure blobs

2. Can you refresh your dataset normally before ?Yes

3. Did you check your gateway ? Is your gateway working ? There are no gateway

4. When you refresh in Service , what is the error message ? I can refresh the file  without any issue. I aam unable to download the file from service
