Unable to refresh in PBI Service: pbi.error not found and token expired

Hi support, need assistance with this error we have been seeing for the past few days in power bi service.

One of our reports is not refreshing giving the following error:
error pbi.png

This report gets data from dataflows and aws athena. It has a large dataset, we use incremental refresh, still it takes 1h or longer to refresh, usually. But it has never given issues like this before. We already tried refreshing credentials, uploading again to see if the new version worked... (it did not, same error). Please note that we have other reports that connect to the same data sources with the same data credentials/gateway and they have refreshed without any issues.

We have been able to refresh via sql management studio, but this is only a patch, this specific report needs to be refreshed every 6 hours.

Hello,

Could you try to check if a refresh in Power BI Desktop will raise the same error? If so, clear credentials on Power BI Desktop, reenter the credentials on PBI Desktop and publish.

Also, reenter the credentials on Power BI Service.

Also you mention you are using Gateway, Are you using Gateway to refresh this report? Could you try to remove the connection and use the cloud connection instead?
