Unable to open any power bi report

When i open any report that i have made before or any report sent to me appears error message 

here is the error message:

The following system error occurred: Class not registered

Hi  @Salma_Maged 

Have you done any updates to PBI Desktop in the meantime? Can these reports you speak of be uploaded to the Service and opened properly? Have you tried uninstalling your PBI Desktop and then re-downloading the latest installer to install it?
