Unable to modify email subscriptions from within a certain dashboard

I am unable to modify email subscriptions from within a certain dashboard. When I try to edit any of  the subscriptions, the "Save and Close" button is grayed out.  I have attached a screenshot example.Subscription Issue.JPG

The service works fine for me. You may check Subscribe to a report or dashboard and clear browser cache.

Still doesn't work. I cannot modify any email subscriptions to this specific report. The Save and Close button is fully grayed out if I attempt to remove an email from a subscription.
