Hi community,

I came from SuccesFactor training module.

Plan and Complete TTOD Courses

1. Open your personalized completion dashboard

2. Click on the 2021 tab to review the total number of courses completed which count towards
your 2021 requirement.
3. Click the Prior Years tab to review the courses previously completed in order to avoid
duplication.
Reminder: Only courses completed after 15 March 2021 will count towards the
2021 annual requirement.

Once opened the link, it automatically showed the error message below.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please check below points:

1. Whether the credentials of the data source have been configured correctly
2. Whether you have access to visit the report 
3. Whether the report has been configured Row-level-security which restricts specific people to visit

If the above works fine, try to use another browser or use inprivate model to check.
