Unable to export to powerpoint

Whenever I try to export to powerpoint, I get the following error message. I have seen that other people have gotten this message but been able to successfully export at a later time or after restarting their computer, but that has not been the case for me. I have been getting this message for over a week. I have tried restarting my computer, clearing my cache, and multiple browsers.

Has anyone got any information as to the root cause of this? 

 

I see from the forums that for some users it resolved itself.  We have been experiencing this for weeks now.

Same here - I think we have to face that Power BI is not yet enterprise ready.

I have logged a call with Support, it has been escalated - I will post any feedback I recieve.

 

I suggest any experiencing the issue also log a call, we have found it takes many tickets to be created for a problem to be formally recognised.

We have this issue at work as well, we have tried different accounts and computers, but no luck.

Our ticket has been closed because it has been "escalated" to another department but we have been given no details or recieved contact. Trying to find out more, if I get any info I will advise.
