Unable to export report from workspace

I am unable to download a report from any of the workspace and getting an error as below. But, my colleague can download the file. Is there any issue with my access or something?

If your colleague can download the file successfully , it means that there is nothing wrong with the report itself. If you can't download it, you may not have enough permissions, please refer to the following restrictions to troubleshoot your problem.
