Unable to copy Visual as an image

Hi I've seen this floating around with some saying that is has now been resolved, but I am still having an error when I try to copy a visual through PowerBI online. 

 

Something went wrong

We're not sure exactly what happened, but we couldn't copy that visual.

 

Is this still an issue?

Thanks a lot! This also fixed my Issue with being unable to add charts to dashboards.

@GLWY - I am having this issue with published dashboards, will need to open them in the desktop app, then turn off the title, save & test, then turn back on if worked & republish?

Hi @v-mengzhu-msft ,

 

We too encounter this problem since today, with many different existing reports, where there never was a problem before.  Nothing I tried today could be copied anymore. It's not an option to open every report and edit every table and graph to get this working again. That will take a lot of time, especially because of the other bug that is still around, where we cannot refresh reports until the query editor has been refreshed first.

 

Please fix this issue.

@GLWY   That workaround is effective but inefficient.  Thanks for the info! 

Hopefully we will see a real fix from Microsoft.

Hi @orbe ,

 

This has been resolved for 11.2, and should be up in prod within 1-2 weeks.

As a workaround, the customer can attempt these steps:

- Disable the title of the visual and save.

- Enable the title, save and try to copy.
