Unable to connect to dynamics online

Hello team,

I am unable to connect power BI desktop to my irganization dynamic 365 (online)

Error as per below;

I have checked the link and login credentials all correct. Any idea?

Hi @fathiakmal,

Please ensure you are using the correct URL, you can find it in Dynamics CRM below: 

In Power BI desktop, use Dynamics 365 (Online) data source, type above URL, please not change v9.0 to v8.0. Then choose Organizational account and click sign in to enter your account.

I have try you solution and have error upon connecting to the api;

1- connect to https://cestmone.api.crm5.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc

Error Details: "OData: The given URL neither points to an OData service or a feed: 'https://cestmone.api.crm5.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc'."

2- connect to https://cestmone.api.crm5.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.0/

Error Details: "OData: The feed's metadata document appears to be invalid."

Any Idea?

Please use use Dynamics 365 (Online) data source and type URL https://cestmone.api.crm5.dynamics.com/api/data/v8.0/ and try again.
