Unable to add approved additional visuals since upgrade to PowerBI Desktop 2.91.884.0

Since upgrading to this version we are unable to import approved visuals as we could on earlier versions - Since tried the later releases and we have the same error - Spinning wheel trying to use the import from a visual file option - This is a corporate network with controlled internet access

Any ideas?

What’s the name of the approved visual you are trying to import into the Power BI?

According to my test on the May version of the Power BI desktop, I can successfully import the visuals from a file:

Therefore, I suggest you to update to the latest version of the Power BI desktop and check if this problem can disappear.
