Unable to access PowerBI online

I have access to PowerBI destop and use it regularly. However, in order to access my workspace and files that I have published, I have to use the website version of PowerBI. When I try to access the website version, I get told that I do not have access, despite having a working account under my company.

HI @katherinebyrne 

Do you mean that you can actually publish a report to Service from Desktop with your account, but you can't log in to Power BI Service's website with your account ?
