Unable to Access Apps and Settings for Dataflows and Semantic Models in Power BI Service

After updating to the 2.143.878.0 64-bit (May 2025) version on 2 June 2025, nothing happens when clicking on the Apps button and the settings for the dataflows, semantic models, etc. in the workspace is also dysfunctional. Please advise as this is causing a work stoppage.
