Unable publish from Desktop to Service

With new November vesion unable publish from Desktop to Service. When press the button "Publish" nothing happen. With October version is all right.

Hi everyone, 
Im unable to publish my dashboard even when the access have been given by the admin. 

The error message was "Sorry you do not have access to publish this workspace. Please contact the owner for access". 

This is my PowerBi Version: 2.108.825.0 64-bit (August 2022)
