Typo at custom datetime FORMAT (in Korean)

Hi, Team

I found that the FORMAT function is not localized  in some cultures(Korean, Japan).

But we can find below document describe as Localized.

We need localized month name.

Hi @hongju ,

User should use "OOOO" instead of "MMMM" for these languages.
