Trouble exporting data from PowerBI Server

Hi, I have been maintaining a report for quite some time and it was working fine but for a couple of weeks end users have been unable to export the data from visuals. 
It shows the following additional step to load the data in an excel file.

We have reported this issue and submitted it to the product team.
They have been aware of the issue and the engineers will do their best to resolve it. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.

The fix will be deployed in a future version when it is completed. This thread will be mitigated.
