Total Label on Stacked Column is Inconsistent with Total in Matrix visual

I have a situation where the Total label for a stacked column chart is inconsistent with the Total row of a Matrix.  In this example, there are measure values that apply to both of the segments, Web and Voice.  Due to the filter context, the Matrix is displaying the total value of the measure, which is 63.  However, if I display the same values in a stacked column, the Totals label appears to be adding the values from each of the segments, for a total of 64, which is inconsistent with the logic for the Matrix.

Since there is no sample pbix file, I use a simple sample to show with you

I create a simple measure:

Measure = max('Table'[Qty1])

And then see the screenshot as below:

You could see that total Label on Stacked Column is just total that sum all the subclass label, but total for matrix, it is the result based row context.

Therefore they will be different, of course, these depend on your own report.
