Time Period in Scorecards not aggregating the value

Hi Power BI Community, 

I am trying to build Scorecards to show KPIs of my organization. We want to aggregate a few of these KPIs by month. We plan to use "Time Period" to get aggregation. However "Cycle over cycle" and "Cycle to date" feature is not giving us the aggregation by month rather it's showing the value for a specific day. 

For Example, we are using a daily OTP% trend to connect to a ScoreCard as shown below. The OTP % for the month of July (07/01/2022 to 07/31/2022) is 91.53% and we hope to see the same on the scorecard. 

I am using "Time Period" to get aggregation by month as shown below.

After saving it, I see the OTP% on 07/01/2022 is not aggregated as 91.53% for month of July and rather it shows the OTP value just for 07/01/2022, which is 84.81%

Can anyone please guide me about the same?
