The decomposition tree visual when it is expanded is not exported to PDF. It takes about 5min to generate the PDF (usually 30sec) and comes with an error.
Error message: This visual was not exported due to timeout.

Hi CRIS_9
I can export the decomposition tree visual to PDF in 30sec . Did you export the visual with Export PDF ? If yes , you can check the Considerations and limitations in the following URL to see if these limitations are causing the problem .

Hi, I've the same issue.
Some details:
I'm using Power BI Premium per user.
I've the same problem using "export PDF" or using the subscriptions.
None of Considerations and limitations affect the report.
My report is composed only by matrix (15) and 1 card . Also reducing the object by half , i've the same issue.
My report is composed at leat by 2 pages, if i reduce report to a single page it works .
Until about a month ago I didn't have this problem....
If the problem is the timeout, Is there a way to increase this limit?
Thanks in advance
A.

Hello Communitiy,
I'm facing the same issue with some users exporting as PowerPoint > Embed Image. This started a week ago.
However, same report is able to be exported correctly by some random user. We're talking about a 7 page report, with combo charts, tables and some other matrix.
The visual that are not being visualized are: Line charts and some table charts.
This is an example:
Thanks in advance.

Hi Ailbhe,
Good to know the problem is gone.
Did you follow any troubleshoot, update anything? Or was it self-fixed?
Thanks. - AilbheRegular Visitor
No update, no troubleshoot... just a bit of patience 🙂
