You may try click on the yellow warning bar that says “Discard changes” and note which tables are identified as stale. Then, in the Power Query Editor, change the description for each of these queries to something like “test” and apply the changes.
and then open the Power Query Editor, and at the top, you’ll see the “Refresh Preview” option. Expand it and select “Refresh All”. After it completes, select "Close & Apply".
