4. Insert URL (Filter/Report)

5. Click on OK

There are already some reports which I have created in Power BI, suddenly it has stopped working.

Hi @Daves1705,

1. It seems you call get filter api (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/#api-api-2-filter-get), right? If it is, please make sure the ID exist and correct. 

2. Please try to download the JIRA pbit file and open in Power BI desktop, enter URL eg: https://<domain>.atlassian.net to see if issue related to filter api.

I was able to download the JIRA pbit file and open it in Power BI desktop. On hitting the URL it did not fetch any details.

The dashlets are blank

When you open the JIRA content pack PBIT, did you enter the URL with filter API or not? 

Would you please go to your JIRA service, check if content with ID 44133 exist actually. 

Have you tried in other client app to get data via the URL https://pdtzycus.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/filter/44133, eg: Excel?

When opening the JIRA content pack PBIT, with URL -  https://pdtzycus.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/filter/44133

it is giving an error message

GetIssues - OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://pdtzycus.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/filter/44133/rest/api/2/search?maxResults=500&startAt=0' (404): Not Found.

When you open the PBIT file in Power BI desktop, please enter the URL just with https://pdtzycus.atlassian.net. Check if any data can be retrieved. 

Have you tried the filter API URL (https://pdtzycus.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/filter/44133) in other client tool, like Excel? You can use this to check if the issue only happens to Power BI desktop.

Tried extracting data in excel using URL-https://pdtzycus.atlassian.net/issues/?filter=44133, getting the below error message:
