The parameter have a bug

When the parameter range is greater than 10000, or even more values, the input value and the displayed value will be inconsistent. For example, when I input 9820, 9815 will be displayed, which will lead to inaccurate calculation results. I hope the new software can improve this problem.

Status: Investigating

Hi @shyke ,

What version of Power BI Desktop are you using and what type of parameters are you creating? What is the usage scenario?
Are you able to provide detailed steps for replication?
I created a query parameter on Version: 2.110.1085.0 64-bit (October 2022) to test it, but I don't seem to have a similar experience as you.

The scenario where I use parameters is mainly used for more flexible big data calculation.

1.My software version is 2.110.1161.0 64 bit (October 2022)

  1. When I input 3500 in the parameter, the displayed 3497 results in the calculation formula 3497+123=3620. This result is not what I want.

In fact, what I need is 3500+123=3623, which is the correct result

3.You can view the calculation results caused by incorrect parameters through the following link.
