Are you able to refresh the dataset successfully in PBI Desktop? If yes, how long will it take to complete the refresh?

Are you using the latest version of data gateway?

Does the refresh in PBI Service always fail or intermittently?

If possible, could you please try to remove this dataset and report in PBI Service and republish them to see if it helps?
