This issue has been occuring for the past week, only for one specific report. Publishing from the desktop client still works normally and is being used as a manual refresh.

it seems some problem with Australia data center?
I have the same problem trying to refresh a dataset in PBI Services with gateway pointing to our SAP BW database.
Others datasets using the same SAP BW connection are working with no problem. Using PBI Desktop works fine too.
The problem seems to have been resolved. No refresh issues for the past 24 hours.
My manual refresh done with status: Last refresh succeeded: null 😞
Unfortunetly the problem has started again.
We have the same problem, but we are not in Australia. We are in the southeastern United States. I get an error stating the following: "The gateway operation has been cancelled explicitly by the user or from a timeout."
Here are the error details from an example:
This morning it's working, but I still would like to know the root cause so I could report it to my team.
We've been having the exact same issue without much success.
For some people, updating the gateway was successful, for others there were issues with their dtaset relationships.I've been through all of these without any success. We can only manually work on the desktop and republish.
