The Web.Page function requires Active Scripting to be enabled in Internet Explorer options

When ever i try and refresh via the gateway / cloud i get the following error, but if i refreh via PBIDesktop it works fine

Have you enabled that option as following screenshot? Please note that the Active scripting setting is per-user. On the gateway machine, the customer will likely need to login as the user account under which the gateway service is running and then change the setting.
