TBATS error

Hi, I'm trying to use the TBATS visual from the marketplace and it gives me the following error:

I'm giving a date dimension as the date so I can't figure out what might cause this. Anyone got any ideas?

Please ensure the column put in Date bucket is "date" or "date/time" data type without hierarchy enabled:

Thanks! I think my dates are actually stored as varchar instead of Date format. I tested with some manual data from an excel sheet and it worked fine. I will update the format to fix it.
