Subject: Regression – Synchronized axis ranges no longer working in Power BI Service

Thanks for reporting, any more details about actual data ranges of the overlaid charts and axis extent values that are calculated by the measure would help. We made some improvements to the axis extent calculations that can be affected by many things, including marker thickness or reference lines or total labels etc. and it's possible that overlaying two charts will still come up with the same range, but one may adjust the plot area a bit to allow for axis overflow.
