Stuck in "Creating connection in model"

Hi,

 

I creating a power bi report using API connection with Jira. It was working fine for first few instances but now it is not. I am getting stuck in "Creating connection in model".

Total row being fetched is only 189. It is a small list from Jira.

I tried making changes in Options > Data load, make necessary changes. 'Relationship","Time Intelligence","Backgroud data","parallel loading of tables".

I reinstalled the power BI. And cleared the cache from options.

I reconfigured the Data source. The data is downloading in the data tranformation window. But when I click apply changes I am getting stuck in this phase (as per screenshot).

 

Please help.

Have you made any updates during this time ? Can the report you created with the Jira API get data normally now ?

I created the report. I saved it and refreshed it. It worked fine the first time. But after some time I am getting this error.

 

If I see from "transform data view" the API is working fine and is able to download data from Jira. It is only 189 rows. But when I click on "Apply", report is just stuck during creating connection in model phase.

 

I tried building new report, the problem persist even without any basic dashboard.

Based on the current information , it is impossible to determine the cause of the problem .You can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.
