Whenever I try to publish any report which is live connected to a dataset, I get the error: Sorry, no workspaces were found in Power BI service. Please try again.

 

I can publish a new dataset, but no reports live connected. 

 

This happens since I updated to the September 2021 release. I published the exact same report with August 2021 release some minutes ago before I updated the version with no issue.

 

I am trying to publish to a modern workspace backed up by a premium capacity P1

This issue hasn't been resolved. I have a composite model dataset and when I try to replace a connected dataset with another dataset in another workspace I get error: "The specified Power BI workspace is not found". This doesn't happen in August version but I cannot go back there because there is another bug, which prevents me using composite model dataset.
