What do you need to refresh? Dataset , dataflow or datamart ? You can see scheduled refresh in Settings . Make sure the credentials can connect to your data source successfully . Then you can change your credentials  in Settings => data source credentials .

OneDrive ? The data source of your dataset is been stored in OneDrive ? You connect to the data source from Service to OneDrive ? If in this case , you don't need scheduled refresh , because OneDrive refresh has been turned on .
