I have confirmed that this issue also happens within the Edge browser as well as Chrome. Signing in redirects to https://app.powerbi.com/signin#code=0.AVgAG..... and a blank page.
Additionally, I believe the following browser console error is the root cause of this issue.
Refused to load the script 'https://content.powerapps.com.x.2b3183e2086c904b110a71a051da5adc45aa.9270f052.id.opendns.com/s/content.powerapps.com/resource/powerbiwfe/scripts/signInProvider.min.20dcdeceda03a5eed881.js?X-OpenDNS-Session=_2b3183e2086c904b110a71a051da5adc45aa9270f052_mY4dxwhL_' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src mfpembedcdnmsit.azureedge.net *.powerbi.com https://*.powerapps.com *.walkme.com cdn.mathjax.org cdnjs.cloudflare.com *.ditu.live.com *.office.net *.bing.com *.microsoft.com *.powerapps.com *.msauth.net *.microsoftcloud.com 'self' *.virtualearth.net 'unsafe-inline' 'unsafe-eval'". Note that 'script-src-elem' was not explicitly set, so 'script-src' is used as a fallback.
It looks like powerbi.com is attempting to load a script from *.opendns.com, but has not included that domain in its CSP.
