Hi All,
I made dashboards for some team members and shared. They could be able to use the dahsboards for a few days but since last Friday, They get this error (image below) and not be able to see the dashboards via the link.
My Account is Premium but they are using the trial version and still have over 1 months to go.
Any one has same experience or can help please?

What’ the type of the customers' Trial licenses? Pro or PPU? Have you assigned the PPU capacity to your workspace?
If you want to get a solution for this kind of refresh problem as soon as possible, I suggest you to open a support ticket to get direct help from the technical support team of Microsoft.
