Simple Date Measure evaluates to "General DaAE" Error

A simple date measure below is returning "General DaAe" when displayed in a card visual, and an error date:

Is there calculate group in your pbix file?

if so, there is a similar issue had been submitted to PG, icm:213853349

and also there is an issue posted in Github : https://github.com/otykier/TabularEditor/issues/703
