Sharing Scorecards is not working. May 20th 2023

I am using the Share button on my workspace. Once I type in my work colleagues' names, they get an email with the link. But once they try to access it, the link is working, but the scorecard won't populate.

Hi @Bruno_Braga 

Please check their permissions and licenses . If they want to access the shared content , they need Pro or PPU license unless the shared content is in Premium capacity . You also need to grant permissions for them so that they can access the shared content .
