SharePoint column deletion leads to error in power bi report refresh

SharePoint column deletion leads to error in power bi report refresh

I had deleted a column name "AssingedToId" on my SharePoint list, and this column was linked with power bi dashboard data.

After researching i come to know that undeleting the column optin is not available in SharePoint so I created a new fresh colum with same name.

Even after I have created the column in dataset Power Bi is still not refreshing the dash board.

Did anyone faced this issue and how did you solve it, please provide your support.

Regards,

Hi @tanveer4m ,

Please ensure the new column "AssingedToId" is correctly mapped in your Power BI dataset.

You may go to the data source settings and refresh the connection to your SharePoint list in Power BI Desktop. This can help Power BI recognize the new column. If your Power BI model has relationships involving the "AssingedToId" column, you might need to rebuild these relationships to ensure they are correctly linked to the new column.

Hope it hepls!

Best regards.
