Urgent issue

We cannot access any report in the PBI service.

In Power BI Desktop, we get the following error message:

For more significant errors, they are available through this Support panel. This does not require permissions for the user.

Hi @stanxl 

Can you access your reports normally in Service now ? From the error message , there seems to be a problem with ODBC, are all your reports coming from the same data source and fetched via ODBC ?

We are having exactly the same issue (netherlands). 

 

All users in our company are experiencing issues. 

I also can't acces the link (app.powerbi)

Fabric customers with tenants located in the North Europe region may experience delay in interacting with the service. Engineers are investigating the issue and an update will be provided soon.

However, as @Kmachekanyanga said. The service is accessible now. It seems that MS has been looking at the issue since this morning (from what I could observe)
