Service Painfully Slow -- 07/30/2018

Reports are extrememly slow to load. The models refreshed but each page takes nearly a full minute to load or time out while loading the visuals.

We are also having the same issue in London. Our data is stored in North Europe (Ireland)

 

This happens when accessing the dahsboards through both the workspaces and the Apps.

 

It takes forever to load data and, sometimes, the following error message is displayed:

We are also having the same issue in Paris. Our data is stored in North Europe (Ireland)

 

Publish from Destop to Service, very very long and refresh from service and many error.

Microsoft finally acknowledged the problem, the next update is around 9 AM PST

It seems this issue has been fixed now. All dashboards are loading correctly in both the workspaces and in the Apps. 

 

We are in London and our data is stored in North Europe (Ireland).

I am also experiencing the same issue.  PowerBI is unable to make connection with the Azure SQL Server.  I am in Central US.
