Scheduled refresh is getting switched off automatically

Hi Team,

Please help our scheduled refresh gets turned off automatically which is creating issues with the team since we have to manually refresh it and turn it on again and again. We have embedded the dashboard in our software as well. Pls help.

Any updates regarding the same? We are also receiving fewer records in our paid capacity account compared to the records which exist in the DB. Please check and respond.
