Same dataset works refreshing from PBI desktop but gets error if refreshed from PBI onlone

The error I get when trying to refresh from PBI online is the following:

Something went wrong.

There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

Data source errorColumn 'XXXXXXX' in Table 'XXXXXXXX' contains a duplicate value 'XXXXXXXXXX' and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table.

The refresh does works from the desktop version. Also I have applied remove duplicates on the specific column and even applied remove the specific value on that column.

I did reuploaded the dataset in online after the applied removal.

Please open the PBIX file and click refresh to get the latest data. Then check the relationship in Manage Relationships to see if correct relationships are created. Also go the errorColumn to check if there are duplicate values in it.
