SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN for paginated-reports.powerbi.com and app.powerbi.com

Hi,

 

When I open a paginated report located in an app on powerbi from a location in Oslo, Norway, I receive this error message:

"The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

When connecting from an other location in Europe like Amsterdam or Stockholm, I don't get this error and the reports works perfectly.

 

Digging a little deeper it seems like the site "https://paginated-reports.powerbi.com is called.
Opening this shows the following:

Accepting the risk takes me here:

Which is exactly the error I get in app.powerbi.com.

 

Can this be fixed?

A similar issue has been reported internally, ICM: 227917985

 

and get this from it:

Cx confirmed the issue mitigated,  we have a new cluster buildout in Norway East and it did not have the RDL APP deployed in the cluster ,  however there was WFE deployed in the cluster ,   so ATM (traffic manager ) whenever it routed request of RDL to this cluster intermittently they failed , as an  interim we suppressed traffic to this cluster which mitigated the issue and also got deployment pipe correctly updated for future
