Hi there, My Powerbi desktop did crash today and I cannot get it back to work anymore. I followed the solution on previous tickets, fully removed PBI form my laptop, downloaded the newest version...
I managed to resolve the issue at our local helpdesk by manually removing all files as the un-install does not remove these, so we manually deleted the following folders from my laptop
C:\Users\(your own id)\AppData\Local\Power BI
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Desktop
So this can be closed from my side too
