Row level security not working when exporting to excel, pdf, or PowerPoint

We have row level security working in our team workspace on the web service.  The users of the report are not members of the workspace so I have shared the report with them.  They can only see their own sales territory data in the report, but they can see the whole company when they export to excel, pdf, or PowerPoint.

Hi @bmen210 ,

 

I was not able to reproduce this problem on my side. In my test, RLS still works in export. I would suggest you create a support ticket for further check.

Is there a way to test or impersonate a user once in Excel to test if the RSL is working correctly?
